They are in some respects performance standards. In other words, they lay down the benchmarks of performance for your life.

So what do you need? Get back to the basis. In order to understand yourself better and prove yourself that your worth something, take a survival course. It’ll teach you not only basic survival skills but you’ll learn about your strengths, abilities and physical capacities.
