Remember those nights I woke you up with the sound of my sobs, how you would hold me close and whisper "shhh, everything will be alright". Even without asking what's wrong. Remember those times I will do something awful and when asked, you will say "it's not her fault, it's mine. I did it" I remember so many things at this moment but words fail me to write them down. In the eyes of many, you are just an ordinary man. To me, you are my crown and a legend. From 2015 till now Paddy, it's not been easy but it is worth it. Most times you say I am strong, and you have never met anyone stronger. But what you do not know is that I am strong cos I have you. No today is not our anniversary or anything of that sort but today, I want to appreciate you.

I want to say thank you for loving me even at my worst. I want to say thank you for being there when it looked like I was alone. I want to say thank you for being the one to always tie my shoe lace and style my hair cos obviously I suck at it, lol. Thanks for always cooking for me and not minding my lazy ass.
