African champions Cameroon slipped to a 2-1 friendly defeat to Guinea in their clash played in Paris on Tuesday night.

All three goals were scored in the first half as Aboubacar Camara put Guinea in front, before Karl Ekambi equalised for the Indomitable Lions just past the half-hour mark.

Francois Kamano restored Guinea’s lead in first half injury-time, and they were able to hold on for a morale-boosting win.
Egypt kept up their excellent recent form with a 3-0 victory over Togo as Kahraba, Ahmed El Sheikh and Arsenal star Mohamed Elneny netted for The Pharaohs.

In an all-North African clash, Morocco edged Tunisia 1-0 thanks to an own goal from Hamza Younes.
