Great Service, But I don't Tip Blacks- How Unfortunate!

A customer left a note on the table to the waitress who served him at a restaurant

praising the waitress for good service and apologizing for not leaving her any tips because she's

 black.

I just wonder if the food was black also or maybe pink or even Purple too.
